Nutrien Urea 46-0-0 has a variety of uses, but is typically used as a nitrogen release fertilizer. In the soil, it hydrolyses back to ammonia and carbon dioxide. The ammonia is oxidized by bacteria in the soil to nitrate, which can be absorbed by the plants. Nutrien Urea 46-0-0 Fertilizer is offered in both granular and prilled.
